Products and custom designs

Cake images are for creative reference. Colours, decorations, lettering, texture, and proportions may vary because each cake is handmade. Custom designs are accepted subject to feasibility, time, ingredient availability, and confirmation by our team. Product availability, pricing, delivery areas, and time slots may change without notice.

Payment, delivery and changes

An order is confirmed after successful payment or confirmation by Cake Loom. Delivery is available only in eligible locations and selected slots. Same-day, midnight, fixed-time, and scheduled options depend on capacity and the delivery address. Please contact us promptly if you need to request a change; changes may not be possible once preparation or dispatch has begun.

Cancellations, refunds and responsibility

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the product, preparation stage, delivery slot, and the applicable refund policy. Perishable or personalised products may have limited cancellation options. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer details, recipient unavailability, traffic, weather, events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
