Delivery information

Cake Loom prepares fresh cakes and delivers them through available service options in selected locations. Delivery coverage, charges, slot availability, and estimated arrival times depend on the address, product, order time, traffic, weather, local conditions, and daily capacity.

Delivery slots

Same-day, scheduled, fixed-time, and midnight delivery may be available for eligible products and pin codes. A selected slot is an intended delivery window, not a guarantee of an exact minute. Please keep the recipient reachable and ensure that the address and phone number are correct.

Important limitations

We may be unable to complete or may need to reschedule delivery because of an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, restricted access, severe weather, traffic, public events, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. For time-sensitive celebrations, order early and provide clear delivery instructions.

If an issue occurs with your delivery, contact Cake Loom as soon as possible with the order number and photographs where relevant. Delivery policies, cancellation terms, and refunds may differ for customised, perishable, same-day, and midnight orders.
